Ingredients of Kadhi Pakoda

  1. You need 1/2 Cup of Chana Dal.
  2. You need 1 Cup of Curd.
  3. Prepare 3-4 of Green Chillies.
  4. Prepare 1-2 Tbsp of GramFlour.
  5. You need 1 Tsp of Mustard Seeds.
  6. It's 1 Tsp of Cumin Seeds.

Kadhi Pakoda step by step

  1. At first take soaked chana dal,wash it well with water.Now transfer this chana dal in a mixer jar add cumin seeds,green chilli,garlic cloves,ginger and chopped spinach and some coriander leaves and make a paste out of it..
  2. Now take this paste out in a plate and in the same jar add,green chilli,garlic cloves,ginger and grind it to a coarse paste..
  3. Now make balls of the chana dal paste and steam them in a steamer or idly maker for 4-5 minutes..
  4. Now in a bowl take curd,add gram flour in it add water and mix it well till gram flour gets completely dissolve in curd and water make sure there should be no lumps..
  5. Now in a pan add oil once the oil is hot then add mustard seeds and let them crackle.Now add fenugreek seeds,and green chilli paste and saute it for a minute..
  6. Now add some turmeric powder and then add curd and gram flour paste..
  7. Add water if required and add salt as per taste and let it come to boil,once kadhi starts boiling then add steamed chana dal balls in it and cook for 1-2 more minutes..
  8. Now in a tadka pan add oil and once oil is hot then add red chilli in it and now pour this tadka on kadhi pakoda..
  9. Our kadhi gole is ready.Serve with rice or fulka..
