  1. Wash all mixed Dal and then soak it for 4 to 5 hr's and then drain all it's water and grind it by adding little water to it in a blender. Make it a fine paste..
  2. Now turn on the gas and add there 1 Teaspoon of oil and add there Whole Zeera, 1/2 teaspoon, 1 Teaspoon of dhania powder, ginger garlic paste and all dal paste and add 1/2 Cup water. Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves little, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix it with the help of a spatula and cook it in medium flame and low flame. you can steam it also for 10 mins. When it is cooked it will take 7 mins then turn off the gas..
  3. Now take a plate grease with little oil and put the paste there and cover the plate. Cool it for 10 mins. Then cut it into square shape and again turn on the gas and place a kadhai then add 5 Teaspoons of oil and fry this indraahar from both the sides..
  4. Now it's time to make kadhi by mixing gram flour, curd and water add salt, red chilli powder and just cook it well. When the kadhi is cooked them prepare Tadka for this..
  5. Place a tadka pan add there Desi ghee 1 Tablespoon add mustard seeds, curry leaves, zeera, onion seeds, dry red chilli, a pinch hing and at last coriander leaves and indraahar. Then turn off the gas and serve it hot..
