Use sour lassi,besan,spices mix together,and boiled for half an hour,meanwhile made onion, potato mix pakoras and keep aside. Tasty kadhi is ready,serve with boiled rice. Serve the Rice Pakoda Kadhi hot, with an aromatic garnish of coriander. Kadhi is served with plain white rice.

  1. For pakoda - in a bowl add chopped onions, chopped potatoes, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, Salt, red chilli powder and Besan. Now make a batter and deep fry Pakodas. Keep Pakodas ready on Tissue paper.
  2. In a big patila combine together buttermilk, Besan,Salt and red chilli powder. Now switch on the flame and start boiling this mixture on high flame.   3. After 15-20 mins add Pakodas and let Kadhi cook for another 15-20 mins. Adjust consistency if required with water.
