Karhi. Kadhi or karhi is a dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. It consists of a thick gravy based on gram flour, and contains vegetable fritters called pakoras, to which dahi (yogurt) is added to give it a bit of sour taste. It is often eaten with boiled rice or roti.

- Prepare of Karhi ka.liye:Halk kg besan.
- You need 3 of pyaz.

- It's 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.

- You need 1 cup of oil.
- Prepare 1 of palak ki guthi.
- Prepare 3 tsp of laal mirchi.

- You need 1 tsp of sokha dhaniya.
- Prepare Half of spoon zeera.
- It's of Tarka lgana ka liye(laal mirch,zera and karhi patay ka leaves).
- Prepare of Dhniya cut hoa.
- You need 1/2 tsp of haldi.
- It's of Water.
