  1. Prepare 2 tbsp of Besan/Gram Flour.

  1. In a bowl mix Gram Flour, curd, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala. Beat and mix well without lumps. Add 1 to 1.5 cup of water and mix well..
  2. Now heat a wok and add mustard oil. Let it heat until smoky. Now add sliced onion and saute until translucent. Add the ginger garlic and green chilli paste and fry well. Now add the Gram Flour mix and stir continuously until the first boil..
  3. When it starts to boil, lower the flame and let it cook for 20-25 minutes. Stir in between. After ten minutes add salt and mix well. After it is well cooked give a tadka of cumin, asafoetida, Kashmiri chilli powder and pour it to the Kadhi. Done! You can make pakodas if you wish and immerse in the Kadhi.
