- In a mixing bowl add chopped spinach, besan, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt adjust water and prepare batter.
- In a kadai heat oil then pour batches of pakoda and deep fry them till done remove in tissue paper and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl add curd, besan, turmeric powder, salt and adjust water and prepare slurry like consistency.
- In a pan add oil, curry leaves, asafoetida, mustard seeds, garlic and chillies let it change the colour then pour the curd mixture mix well once cooked add the pakoras and cook till thickens and colour changes.. serve hot with rice.. njoy.
