- It's 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- You need 1 tbsp of oil.
- It's Pinch of hing.

Palak kadhi step by step
- Take the curd in a bowl. Add besan, add water until the consistency is not too think not too thin. Leave it aside..
- Take a pan, heat the oil. Once heated add cumin seeds, bay leave and whole red chilli with a pinch of hing. Add sliced onions and sauté for few seconds..
- Now add the ginger garlic paste, sauté for few seconds..
- Now add the palak and mix well..
- Now add all the dry masala and mix well..
- Lastly, sauté for few seconds. Take the prepared curd mixture and add it in. Add salt and lemon juice and let it boil for 2 mins..
- Your palak kadhi is ready you can serve with rice or chapati as well..
