We love kadhis, be it plain or with pakoras.
Ingredients of Pakora karhi
- It's 2 cup of besan for karhi.
- It's 3 cup of besan for pakoras.
- You need of Paste of 2 medium size onion.
- Prepare 2 of chopped onion for pakoras.
- It's 1 tea spoon of haldi.
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of Dhaniya powder.
- You need 2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 2 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
- Prepare Half of kg dahi sour Yani khatta ho to or bh acha hai.
- Prepare 1 cup of dahi ka pani ya chach agr mil jy to optional hai.
- Prepare 2 tea spoon of kuti mirch for pakoras.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- You need 2 cup of oil for tarka.
- It's of Few leaves of Curry patta.
- You need 6 of sa 7 sabit laal mirch.
- You need 1 table spoon of sabit zeera.
- It's of Hara Dhaniya half bunch for pakoras.
- Prepare 3-4 of hari mirch chopped for pakoras.
- It's 1 pinch of baking soda.
In Rajasthan, they prefer having the Kadhi with a Khichdi that is usually a mix of pulses namely moong dal or dhuli moong dal with some rice cooked and served with dollops of ghee or clarified butter. - Ub dahi bh Daal dain phir achi ytrhn phaintain mix krn just half cup water add Kar ke.
- Ub takreeban half sa uoar6ya apko jitni karhi banani hai Os sa Thora ziyad pani dalain.
- Or is pateela ko medium to high flame par rakh dain.

- Pateela par lid ko Pura nahi cover kryegathora sa khulfa chordain.
- Ub isy 2 ghanty tak. Slow flame par Laxmi pakaen tak besan or masaloun ka kachcha pan nkl. Jy or jab 1 _1 /2 hour guzar jy thori thick hojy Tb salt check Kar ke add krn MN na 1-1/2 tablespoon add Kiya th ap as per taste add krn.

- Ik bowl MN besan lain Os MN kuti mirch, namak add krn.
- Pani it a add krn ke Bht ziyda thick ho na Bht ziyda thin.
- Ub is MN chopped onion, hari mirch, hara Dhaniya And baking soda add Kar ke. Achi trhn. Whisk sa whipp krn.
- Karhi MN 2 cup ya as per require oil Daal kar is MN pakory bana lain or jab sary pakory ban jaen to karhi ko bh 2 ghanty ke qareeb hny waly hoon to. Sary pakory karhi MN add krdain.
- 10 sa 15 minutes karhi MN pakory pakain.
- Ub flame off Kar ke tarka tyyr krn.
- Ik fry pan and 2 cup oil add Kar ke is MN phly zeera phir sabit laal mirch or akhur MN Curry patta Daal kar tarka tyyr krn.
- Or karhi MN tarka laga kar dhak dain pateela.
- Ub 5 minute baad mix krn tarka ko karhi mn.
