  1. Wash and pet dry the bhindi using a kitchen towel. Chop each okra into medium pieces..

  9. Keep the stir fried. Then add red chilli powder, coriander jeera powder and mix well..
  10. Then add curd mixture and mix well..
  11. Let the kadhi comes to boil. Mix well..
  12. Keep stirring the kadhi on medium heat and cook it for 5 minutes till it gets little thicks..
  13. Serve this kadhi with steamed rice or roti..
