Karhi chawal step by step
- Mix yogurt and gram flour with 6 cups of water and mix them well, add whole red chilli, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder,onion ginger paste paste cook it stirring continously till karahi start boilling.
- Cook for 1to 2 hours on slow flame till thick, remove from flame and give baghaar..

- In a pan heat oil with the spices, then add zeera and fry then add water.and salt When water boils put in rice. Bring the rice to quick boil. Then cover it and cook for 10 min on low flame.
