- You need of Green chilly and garlic paste.
- It's of Salt,hing,dry red chillies.
- You need 1 medium bowl of Desi ghee.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Gram flour.

- Blanch spinach in water.make paste.
- Take youghurt in bowl add gram flour.make thik paste..
- Heat the kadai add 1 spoon of ghee to it.now add chilly garlic paste to it.fry it for a minute then add palak puree to let add some water to it.let it boil..
- Now add thik paste of youghurt to it.immediately add water or lumps may form.i have added turmeric to it as an natural antiseptic.if you want proper green you can skip.let it boil..
- Now in tadka pan add ghee, now add cumin seeds hing,dry red chilly.pour it in the pan add salt as per taste.boil for two mins.serve hot with steam rice..
