- In a mixing bowl put all pakoda ingredients except oil. Add little water and make a thick batter without any lumps..
- Heat oil in a pan, make small balls of pakoda out of batter and deep fry once medium heat from all the sides..
- Beat curd and gramflour in a mixing bowl and add two cups of water salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Blend till smooth and lumps free batter..
