- Mash the bananas well.
- whisk in 1 large egg and stir with the mashed bananas.
- preheat a non stick skillet.
- spray with pam.
- fill a tablespoon with the banana batter and pour on skillet . then flip until golden brown.
- serve with fruit, honey, peanut butter, syrup etc.....
