This is one of the basic chicken mince recipes from Indian cuisine which you can serve as a side in an Indian meal.
Ingredients of Chicken Keema
- You need 200 gms of minced chicken.
- It's 2 of medium size onion finely chopped.
- You need 3 of medium tomatoes finely chopped.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of green peas.
- It's 1 tbsp of crushed garlic.
- Prepare 1 tsp of chilli ginger paste.
- Prepare 1/8 of th cup finely chopped coriander.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Keema masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- You need 3 tbsp of oil.
If looking for a vegetarian version, use Soya to make Soya Keema Masala. Follow the same recipe, just substitute Chicken with Soya. Chicken Keema instructions
- In a pan take oil, switch on the flame, once the oil heats up add crushed garlic, ginger and chilli paste, turmeric powder and cook everything for 1 minute..
- Now add finely chopped onions and cook it for 5-8 minutes till onions become translucent..
- Now add tomatoes, green peas, salt, red chilli powder and cook this mix for another 8-10 minutes or till tomatoes become mushy..
- Now add Keema masal, minced chicken and cook this for another 10-12 minutes or till chicken cooks well..
- Check the seasoning, finally add chopped coriander mix well & serve the Keema with pav..
