Jhatphat dum ka chicken qeema instructions
- Marinate mince with shaan masala, ginger/garlic paste, meat tenderizer for 1 hour only..
- In a bowl mix in yogurt, vinegar, ginger/garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, zeera and mix it well..
- Put oil, fry onions till golden. Add in mince and give it a stir and put it on low flame till done and oil comes on top..
- Add in meat tenderizer to chicken and then rub the masala over it very well..
- Dish out and garnish with ginger, coriander leaves and green chillies..
- Leave it for at least 2 hours in fridge..
- Serve with paratha !!.
- Put on skewers and bbq over hot coals till properly cooked..
