- Oil myn pyaz ko light golden kar lein ab lehsun b daal dein sur fry kar lein.
- Ab namak mirch haldi daal dein.
- Ab isko thora fry kar ke tamater daal ke bhoon lein phr qeema add karein.
- Qeema ko bhonen aur hari mich ek daal dein.
- 5 min bhoon ke matar b daal dein aur matar ke galny tak aur oil separate hny tak bhonen. Qeema matar tyar hai.
