- Marinate the chicken keema with salt, turmeric powder & oil.
- Pressure cook the keema along with potato cubes.
- Now heat a pan,add oil and allow the whole Jeera, garam masala, bay leaf, red chilli to crackle.
- Now add the chopped onions & try till it changes colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
- Now add the jeera dhaniya powder, tomato puree and the green peas.
- Now add the keema, boiled potato in the masala. Mix well.
- Finally add ghee & garam masala powder.
- Serve it hot with roti or naan.
