Ingredients of Green Beans (phaliyaan) and Mutton Qeema

  1. You need 250 of grm Mutton Qeema (you can use beef or chicken Qeema).
  2. You need 200 gm of green beans.
  3. You need 1 of onion chopped.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Garlic paste.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger paste.
  6. Prepare 1 of large tomato or 2 small tomato.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder (or to taste).
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder.
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala Powder.
  12. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  13. It's 1/2 cup of oil.

  1. Clean the green beans and cut into small pieces..
  2. My homemade green beans.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan add oinon fry till light brown..
  4. Add ginger garlic paste stir for 2 minutes..
  5. Add Qeema, fry it for 5 minutes..
  6. Then add tomato and dry ingredients and Mix well. Not add Garam Masala..
  7. Add half cup of water and simmer over low heat until Qeema is cooked and water dries..
  8. Now add in the green beans mix it well and add green chillies and 1/2 cup of water cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low heat for further 15 minutes or until green beans are soft..
  9. Sprinkle Garam Masala, fresh coriander leaves and put it on dum for 1 minute..
  10. Dish out and serve it with roti or naan..
