- Cooker mein Onion, garlic, tomatos ginger kush dal dein 1 & 1/2 cup water b dal dein 3 mint whistle dein.
- 6 small shimla achi trah wash kar ke dry kar lein phir cut kar lein.
- 2 & 1/2 big handi spoon oil dalein. Oil garam karein. Shimla dal kar 3 mint fry kar ke plate me nikal lein lein..
- Esi oil mein boiled onion, garlic, ginger tomatos dal kar achi trah mash kar lein.
- Chicken ka qeema dal kar mix karein.
- 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 & 1/2 tsp salt dal kar mix karein.
- Oil alg nzr any tak bhouny.
- Small bowl yogurt dal kar mix karein.
- Yogurt Ka pani half khushk hojaye to 3 green chilli dal dein.
- Yogurt Ka pani khushk hojaye or oil alg nzr any lgy to fry ki hui shimla dal dein.
- Mix karein.
- Aik cup pani dal kar mix karein or 5 mint dum me cook karein. Ta ke shimla gal Jaye.
- After 5 mint.
