- Parboil the bitter gourds with salt and turmeric for 3 to four minutes in boiling water..

- Heat a kadhai..
- Add sliced onions and fry it till golden brown.Add ginger garlic paste.Add red chilli powder.Add keema now..

- Add garam masala & coriander leaves..

- Fry it in a non stick tawa on slow flame till golden brown..
