Ingredients of Phalyan qeema

  1. You need 500 gm of chicken mince (qeema).
  2. It's 1000 gm of phalyan(beans).
  3. Prepare 5 tbsp of oil.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of salt.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of red chilli.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of termeric powder.
  7. It's 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of zeera.
  9. You need 1 of medium pyaz.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of ginger paste.
  11. You need 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  12. You need 3 of tomatoes.

Phalyan qeema step by step

  1. Heat oil add onion fry until light brown add g g paste fry for 1 minute add all spices.add some water.
  2. After 1 minute add tomatoes peeled and sliced..
  3. Cover and cook for 5 minute.
  4. When mix and oil separate add chicken mince fry until changes colour..
  5. Now add 1/2 cup water.cover and cook until tender.
  6. After 10 minutes add beans(phalyan)finely chopped fry for 5 minutes with chicken mince..
  7. Add 1 cup water cook on medium low heat until tender and cook well.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander.serve with roti..
