Ingredients of Phalyan qeema
- You need 500 gm of chicken mince (qeema).
- It's 1000 gm of phalyan(beans).
- Prepare 5 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of red chilli.
- You need 1/2 tsp of termeric powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of zeera.
- You need 1 of medium pyaz.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ginger paste.
- You need 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- You need 3 of tomatoes.
Phalyan qeema step by step
- Heat oil add onion fry until light brown add g g paste fry for 1 minute add all spices.add some water.
- After 1 minute add tomatoes peeled and sliced..
- Cover and cook for 5 minute.
- When mix and oil separate add chicken mince fry until changes colour..
- Now add 1/2 cup water.cover and cook until tender.
- After 10 minutes add beans(phalyan)finely chopped fry for 5 minutes with chicken mince..
- Add 1 cup water cook on medium low heat until tender and cook well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.serve with roti..
