I wanted to make pancakes again today for my son but realised I hadn't saved your recipe, so I looked up some random recipes, first one was a fail, second was a fail, then by luck i found your recipe and the pancakes turned out perfect. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and oil. The pancakes were fluffy, and mouth watering, and tasty, and soft.
