- Firstly heat a pan roast the coriander seeds, kashmiri red chilli and cardamom.and grind it and keep aside.

- Fry well till oil seprates next add paneer, capsicum and coriander, kashmiri red chilli, cardemam powder who keep aside mix well.
- Next add 1 cup water close the lid and cook for 2 mins open the lid add the kasuri methi mix welland switch of the flame.
