- It's 50 gms of Mozzarella cheese.
- It's 50 gms of Processed cheese.
- Prepare 5 of big sized aloo.
- Prepare 1 tea spoon of jeera.
- Prepare 1/2 tea spoon of ajwain.
- It's 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tea spoon of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tea spoon of aamchur powder.
- Prepare 2 tea spoon of sugar.
- It's 1/2 bowl of wheat flour.
- Prepare 1/2 bowl of Maida.
- Prepare 1 tea spoon of ginger and green chilli paste.
If you don't like Cheese, you. I have created my own version of aloo cheese paratha. I have added mix herbs and fresh red chili paste to give some what continental flavor to the paratha????. I have not used any regular indian.
Cheese Aloo Paratha instructions
- Wash and boil potatoes. Cool down the potatoes..peel and grate potatoes and keep them aside..
- Now grate both the cheese and keep it aside..
- Now add the cheese into the potatoes and mix all together add dry masala like turmeric powder red chilli and dhaniya jeera powder with aamchur powder salt add sugar mash the whole mixture.
- Take wheat flour and Maida in one big bowl add red chilli flakes salt and oregano add chopped coriander leaves and knead a dough..
- Make equal sized bolls from the potatoes mixture.
- Now roll out the roti from dough and fill one potatoes mixture boll in it again roll the paratha and roast it applying oil or ghee on both the sides..
- Yummy paratha is ready to serve. Serve with tomato ketchup..
