- Take a another pan,heat it in middeum flame, pour oil and butter in it,now add tadka like cumin, 2 red chilli, coriander seeds, and saute for 1n min now add haldi and kashmiri chilli powder and again saute, now add ur gravy mixture, and fry it well until oil look separate,and ow add ur dry ingredients like, coriander,garam masala, kadahi masala, and salt as well,add bit of water and cook for 4 to 5 min.
- Now add ur fry vegetable like capsicum and onion and cook for 3 to4 min now add fresh cream in it and cook for 2 min, now add fried paneer and kasturi methi and saute for 2 min now add little water and cook it for 5 to 7 min cover it till oil separate from sabji, now ur kadahi paneer is rdy to eat.
