Kadai paneer step by step
- First marinate the paneer cubes in a 1/2 tspturmeric powder and salt for 10 min keep a side then Heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil fried the paneer cubes till golden brown.
- Then fry the capsicum, onion,tomato chunk for a min.
- Then in a same kadai add 1 tbsp oil then add cumin seed,cloves,cardoman, black pepper after crackle of seed then add chopped onion,Gingergarlic paste stir fry till brown then add chopped tomato stir fry till soft then cool it down.
- Remove in a Mixi jaar grind it in fine paste.
- Then Heat the oil in kadai then add bay leaves after that add paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,coriander powder mix it well cook till oil separate from masala after cream or malai stir it continously then add fried capsicum, onion,tomato then add salt.
- After one min add fried paneer cubes mix it well together cook for 2-3 min in medium flame.
- Serve hot with chapati,rice,poori.
