Ingredients of Restaurant Style Kadhai Paneer
- You need 200 gram of cottage cheese.
- Prepare 2 of big sized roughly chopped capsicum.
- Prepare 3 of medium sized roughly chopped tomato.
- It's 2 of medium sized finely chopped onion.
- It's 4 tsp of oil.
- You need 5-6 cloves of garlic.
- It's 2 of green chillies.
- You need 2 tsp of roasted peanuts.
- It's 8-10 of cashews.
- It's 1/2 inch of ginger.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 2 of cloves.
- Prepare 2 of black pepper.
- You need 2 of green cardamom.
- You need 1 of black cardamom.
- You need 3 tsp of fresh cream(malai).
- It's 2 of bay leaves.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of hing powder.
- It's 2 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It's 1/4 tsp of chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of paneer masala.
- Prepare 1 cup of milk.
- You need 1/2 cup of water.
- You need of As per taste salt.

Restaurant Style Kadhai Paneer step by step
- In a mixer jar take tomato,garlic clove,peanut,cashews,green chillies,green cardamom,black cardamom,clove,black pepper,cumin seeds,ginger and fresh cream and grind it to make a fine paste and keep aside..
- Now cut the cottage cheese into dices and heat oil in a pan and slightly fry the dices of cottage cheese..
- Now take out the chunks of cottage cheese and add cumin seeds,fenugreek powder and bay leaves in the same oil....let it splutter....then add chopped onion-capsicum and salt and cook it on low flame by covering the lid for 3-4 minutes..
- Now add all dry spices,tomato mixture paste and stir it till oil releases from the spices..
- Now add fried cottage cheese chunks and stir it for 2 minutes..
- Add milk and water and cook it for more 2 minutes..
- Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame..
- Kadhai Paneer is ready to serve..
