Ingredients of Kadhai paneer with paratha
- It's 200 gm of Paneer.
- Prepare 1 of Onion.
- Prepare 2 of Tomato.
- Prepare 1" of Ginger piece.
- Prepare 6 cloves of Garlic.

- It's 1 teaspoon of Garam masala.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Kitchen king masala.
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of Coriander leaves chopped.
- You need 4 tsp of Cooking Oil.
- Prepare of Paratha.
- It's 1 bowl of Wheat flour.
- Prepare 1/2 bowl of Besan.
- You need 2 tsp of Cooking Oil.
- You need To taste of Salt.
- You need To taste of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare As needed of Water.
Paneer and colorful bell peppers are sauteed in spicy tomato gravy. Kadhai Paneer can be served with Aloo Naan, or Paratha or your choice of bread. Kadai Paneer is a delicious dish made from firm cottage cheese, onions, tomatoes, capsicum (green bell peppers) and Indian spices. There are two ways the recipe can be made and I am sharing both the versions in this post.
Kadhai paneer with paratha instructions
- In a karahi heat oil and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped ginger and garlic. Stir for two minutes and then add chopped onion and dry masala. Roast till onion are golden brown. Add tomato puree in it and stir again for a few minutes..
- Now add cut pieces of paneer and cook for 2 minutes. Add garam masala, kitchen king masala in it and switch off the flame. Kadhai paneer is ready..
- For Paratha : in a mixing bowl add wheat flour and besan mix well. Add salt, turmeric powder and cooking oil and with the help of water knead the dough. Make balls..
- Roll the ball with the help of rolling pin and roast on griddle on both sides till golden brown colour..
- Serve hot with kadhai paneer..
To make Kadai Paneer, heat the oil in a kadhai and add the onions to it. We have used fresh paneer but, you can deep-fry the paneer pieces if you wish to, till they turn light brown in colour.
