Ingredients of Kadhai Paneer
- Prepare 1 tbsp of dry coriander.
- You need 1 tbsp of black peppercorns.
- Prepare 2-3 of cardamom.
- It's 4-5 of cloves.
- You need 1 tbsp of cumin(jeera).
- Prepare 2 of bay leaves.
- You need 2 of star anise.
- It's 2-3 of dry red chillies.
- Prepare 4 of onions (roughly chopped).

- You need 2 tbsp of gingergarlic paste.
- You need 5 tbsp of oil.
- You need 2 tbsp of cream.
- You need as required of Milk.
- You need 250 grams of paneer.
- You need 2 of medium capsicums(chopped in blocks).

- You need 2 tbsp of meat masala.
- You need 1 tbsp of deggi mirch.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

Kadhai Paneer instructions
- Roast all the dry ingredients including dry coriander, cardamom, cloves, cumin,bay leaf, black peppercorns, dry chillies,star anise....
- Grind all the dry masalas after roasting (into a fine powder). Your Kadhai masala is ready.
- Saute roughly chopped tomatoes and onions with little oil till they turn golden brown.(add a pinch of salt while cooking onions and tomatoes..it will cook fast).
- Grind sauted onions and tomatoes..and add the grinded masalas and again grind...
- Heat oil in a pan..add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste..and cook it till it turns well brown. Add the chopped onions and capsicums..
- Cook the veggies till they become soft add the onion and tomato paste and cook it till the time it will release it's oil. Add salt, pepper, meat masala and saute for 2 mins..
- Add cream and some milk..
- Add the paneer piece cut into cubes..
- Your Kadai paneer is ready..
