- Add tomatoes, salt, keep the kadai closed and cook until all the tomatoes turns mushy..
- Once they get mushy add red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala and saute well..
- Add very little amount of water if required..
- Finally drop the paneer cubes, finely chopped cilantro, close the kadai with a lid and cook for 2 minutes and put off the flame..
- Now kadai paneer is all set to be plated..
