Noodle Burger with Aloo Tikki step by step
- For Burger:- Take all the ingredients for burger. Combine all the ingredients and mix well..
- Apply some oil in between your palm and take portion of the mixture and shape as burger..
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan when the oil is hot. First in heated griddle pan spread grated cheese and then immediately put noodle burger on it..
- Pour some oil along with the edges. Cook and roast on the both sides. Remove onto a kitchen tissue paper to absorb any extra oil..
- For burger sauce mix all ingredients and mix well..
- For aloo Tikki:- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add the bread crumbs and corn starch and mix well again..
- Take a mixture in your hand then flatten it into a tikki shape..
- Pour oil in a pan/skillet or tawa on medium heat. Put the tikki is gently and shallow fry it till the outside is crisp and golden brown..
- To assemble burger:- Put noddle burger bun on bottom and spread a tsp burger sauce..
- Place a few lettuce and put a aloo tikki. Again spread a tsp of burger sauce..
- Place slice of tomato and 2 rings of onion and cheese slice. Cover with another noodle bun and press slightly..
- Serve burger with french fries or potato chips and cold drinks..
