Ingredients of Aloo (potato) tikki chat
- You need 4-5 of Boiled potatoes.
- You need 250 gram of Paneer.
- It's 1 cup of Matar (peas).
- You need as required of Green corinder chuntney.
- It's as required of Tamarind Chuntney.
- Prepare 1 of chopped onions.
- Prepare 1 of sliced beetroot.
- It's as required of Green corinder leaves for garnishing.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- You need 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 2 tsp of Chaat masala.
- You need as required of Bread crumbs.
- You need 2 tbsp of Cornflour (optional).
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- Prepare as required of Oil to fry.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Haldi / turmeric.

Aloo (potato) tikki chat step by step
- First mash boil potatoes,paneer, add salt,Red chill pow, cumin pow, chaat masala,and add bread crumbs or cornflour and prepare tikki.
- Soak matara over night and boil add salt and haldi (turmeric).
- In one pan put oil and prepare tikki of it as your tikki is ready place it on plate and add matara on the tikki along both Chuntney and garnish it with sliced beetroot, onions, coriander leaves and sprinkle chaat masala on it.
- Your alu tikki chaat is ready to serve.
