- Prepare 1 tbsp of Oil.
- You need as needed of Coarinder leaves to garnish.

- In a pan add oil then add onion,Tomatoes,Garlic and ginger. Saute for a few minutes and grind it into a fine paste..
- In the same pan add oil then add the Bhindi and fry until it is lightly cooked..
- In the pan add oil,add the grinded paste,add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt. Saute till the raw smell goes off..
- Then add the Bhindi pieces and mix well. Saute for a few minutes and add the garam masala powder. Finally garnish with coriander leaves..
I tweaked the recipe according to my convenience and it turned out amazingly well. I had it with roti and I am sure it will go well with any plain pulao or steamed rice and a simple dal tadka. In this recipe, you can also get a greenish coloured gravy by increasing the coriander leaves,which Add the ground paste and add all the masala powders-red chilli,garam masala,coriander and turmeric.
