- It's 4-5 cloves of Chopped garlic.
- It's 2 tbsp of Rosted besan.
- It's 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of Roasted peanut powder.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of Amchur powder.
- Prepare as needed of coriander leaves.
This bhindi masala recipe comes close to the bhindi masala dry sabzi served in restaurants. Like all other dry bhindi recipes, even This bhindi masala is best served with soft phulkas or chapatis or. Masala Bhindi Sabzi instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add hing, chopped garlic, haldi powder, salt, and add bhindi. Mix well.
- Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, till the bhindi are completely cooked.
- Add 2-tbsp roasted besan, red chilli powder, Coriander power, haldi powder, roasted peanut powder, amchur powder and Coriander leaves.
- Take the pan off the heat and mix well.
- Serve hot with rotis.
