- Heat oil in a pan and saute bell peppers for 2 minutes, then add paneer and saute for 2 more minutes,now add the onion tomato masala and salt, mix well, cook on low heat for 5 minutes,then add kitchen king masala and mix well, the stuffing is ready.

- Now put this wrap on the hot tawa and apply some oil, roast it from both the sides until becomes light brown.
