- First clean and cut bhindis.
- Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and fry all Bhindi pieces and take a plate.
- Now add black cardamom,cumin seeds,bay leaf,and green chilli saute this ingridients few seconds.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and saute properly.
- Nexy add onion paste give it a good mix add fry it in a medium flame when onions colour changed you can add tomato paste and all spices and salt also and give it a good mix.
- Fry this2 Masala mix properly when oil is eaxtract in this masala you can add fryed okra and mix jently cook it 1 minute after 1 minute add 1/2 cup water and give it a good mix and cover the lid and cook it 2,3 minutes after 3 minutes add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Okra Masala is ready to serve, you can serve this Bhindi Masala with Naan,Paratha,Roti,Steam rice and Jeera Rice also.
