Ingredients of Bhindi and aloo masala
- It's 200 gm of Bhindi long cut.
- Prepare 1 of aloo long thin cut.
- It's 1 of medium size slice onion.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- It's 1 of big tomato slice.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander cumin powder.
- It's 2 of long cut green chillies.
- It's 2 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.

Bhindi and aloo masala step by step
- Heat kadai first little fry Potato & bhindi, keep aside. In the same oil fry onion add tomatoes & garlic. Stir it add all dry masala,Salt & green chillies. Scattered little water for frying masala..
- Now add fried bhindi & aloo. Mix thoroughly, sprinkle little water. Allow to cook. Now turn off flame. Cover the lid..
