Ingredients of Punjabi thali
- It's of For kadai paneer.
- You need 200 gms of paneer.
- You need 2 of tomatoes.
- It's 2 of onion.
- It's 2 of capsicum.
- It's as per taste of Kadhai masala.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- It's leaves of Coriander.
- You need 1 tsp of Kasuri methi.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ghee.
- You need of For punjabi kheer.
- Prepare 2 litre of full fat milk.
- Prepare 1/2 can of milk made.
- Prepare 200 gms of sugar.
- It's 1 tsp of Cardmom powder.
- You need as needed of Mixed dry fruit.
- You need as required of Dried raisins.
- Prepare strands of Saffron.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of rice and 1tbsp sago soak it for 2 hrs.

Punjabi thali instructions
- To make kdhai masal.
- Take a pan add black pepper 2-3 then add whole coriander seeds then cumin seeds and kashmir lal mirch 3-4 saute it dried until all the spices releases smell.
- Then coarsely grind them keep it aside.
- Take another pan add 2tbsp of ghee add cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds and chopped onion saute it for 2-3 minutes then add ginger garlic paste again saute it.
- Now add tomato puree add all the spices and salt now saute it for 5-7 minute until puree releases the ghee.
- Now take another pan add ghee 1tsp and cubes of capsicum, onion and paneer add kadhai masala 2-3 tbsp.
- Now add these cubes of paneer and vegetables into gravy saute for 2-3 minute.
- For punjabi kheer.
- Take a deep pan add milk boil it for 45 min. Now add soaked rice and sago again boil it for 20 min..
- Check rice with finger if rice is cooked then add milk made,sugar and saffron strands boil it for 15 min.
- Now add mixed dry fruits and cardmom powder.
- Let it cool down and served chilled.
