  1. Firstly ON the flame then take 2 tbsp oil in pan,add chopped bhindi & fry it well for 4-5 minutes then take it out in separate dish..
  2. Then we need add 2 tbsp oil in pan and wait for 2-3 minutes to made it hot. After that we need to add 2 tbsp paste of dry coconut + curry leaves + coriander + garlic. Then we need to add 1 tbsp dhaniya powder, 1 tbsp curry leaves powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric,2 tbsp chutney & mix it well After that we need to add chopped tomatoes & mix it properly..
  3. Now we need to add fried bhindi & mix it properly. Then add to some salt to taste & mix well..
  4. After that we need to cover our pan & cook it for 5-10 minutes on medium flame..
